Enquiry and job records are retained for six years in line with standard UK business practice and our professional indemnity insurance requirements.

Scope of service
Simplify Structures Ltd provides structural engineering consultancy services to residential property owners and buyers. All technical work is supervised by a Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE) and carried out in accordance with relevant British Standards and Building Regulations.
Quotations
Prices shown on this website are indicative and inclusive of VAT. A written quotation will be issued before any work commences. The final price is confirmed in the written quote; we do not charge more than the agreed price without your prior approval.
Reports and calculations
Structural reports and wall removal calculations are prepared for the specific property inspected and the specific purpose stated in the brief. They must not be used for any other property or purpose without our written consent.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service. We carry professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance appropriate to our work.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance at info@simplifystructures.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
