Is there a call-out charge?
No. The site visit is included in the fixed price for all our services.
What if my situation is more complicated than expected?
If we discover during the site visit that additional structural elements need reviewing, we'll explain exactly what's needed and get your approval before doing anything extra. You're never surprised by a bill.
Are your reports really accepted by mortgage lenders?
Yes. Our engineers are Chartered through the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), which is a recognised professional institution. Our reports are regularly used for lender, solicitor and insurance questions across residential transactions.
